I tried using the instructions on the netscape 7.x package instructions and I get an error "Uncompressing XCOM failed:1" I did try modifying the config.ini so that it would not install I added a few more atoms to nsComposeTxtSrvFilter to check for this additional information. What questions need to be asked? It'll be mozilla.org, not Netscape, that continues to dramatically improve Mozilla as a technology.
It's done the opposite.
