November 22, 2009 Deb I was trying to print wirh my printer hooked to xp from a computer running windows 7. Afterwards, type the password, click on OK and you will be able to access all the files and folders shared by that computer. I got the error message "The specified network name is longer available." I am 100% sure I typed everything completely right including upper/lower case.
